## Internal Launch Memo – Neural Payments

Hi Team,
We’re excited to share that _Neural Payments_—[YOUR FI]’s new peer-to-peer (P2P) payment solution—is officially launching this week!  
Built into our digital banking app and powered by Neural Payments, Neural Payments allows customers to send and receive money **instantly**, **securely**, and **without the need for a third-party app** like Zelle or Venmo.  
This is a big step forward for us—and for our customers.

## **What Is Neural Payments?**  
Neural Payments is a real-time payment service fully integrated into the [YOUR FI] mobile app. It replaces Zelle and gives our customers a faster, more secure, and more flexible way to move money.

**Key Features:**  
- 💸 **Send to Anyone:** Recipients don’t need to bank with [YOUR FI] or download an app. Funds can be delivered to bank accounts, debit cards, Venmo, or PayPal.*  
- ⚡ **Real-Time Transfers:** Payments typically arrive in seconds.  
- 🔒 **Advanced Fraud Protection:** Includes real-time monitoring, risk scoring, and tokenized transactions.  
- 📲 **Fully In-App:** Customers don’t leave the [YOUR FI] ecosystem.

## **Customer Service & Support**  
Customers may have questions about:
- How to access Neural Payments (Payments tab in the mobile app)
- How it differs from Zelle (more flexibility, no external app needed)
- Who they can pay (anyone in the U.S.)
- What to do if a payment isn’t claimed (funds are automatically returned)

You can refer them to the **Neural Payments FAQ page [Insert Link]** or direct them to call Customer Support if they need hands-on help.

💡 _Tip: If a customer asks “Why did we switch from Zelle?” → Say:_ “Neural Payments gives you more flexibility, greater control over your money, and stronger security—without needing a separate app.”

## **Internal Tools & Training**  
- A **Neural Payments Support Playbook** is now available on the intranet under [Digital Banking Resources].  
- If you work directly with customers (Retail, Contact Center, Digital Support), you’ll also receive:
  - A **training refresher session invite**  
  - A downloadable **Quick Answer Sheet** for common customer questions  
  - Direct access to our escalation path for unusual support cases
